Enrico started his career in driver management in the early 1970s when he was a Marketing Director for Alfa Romeo in Australia. After relocating his business interests to Europe in 1986, Zanarini decided to pursue sponsorship and driver management full time, managing drivers in F3 and F3000.
In 1994 Zanarini began his nine-year relationship with Eddie Irvine, consolidating his full-time driver management role in 1996 and supporting Irvine's career with Ferrari.
In 2003, Zanarini signed Giancarlo Fisichella, assisting him during the winning years with Renault F.1 and later orchestrating the Italian driver's celebrated move to Ferrari in 2009. At the end of 2011, Zanarini secured the management of Tonio Liuzzi in F1, thus becoming one of the most experienced driver managers in the sport.
Zanarini took MSM to an all time high in 2012 when business grew considerably expanding into the fields of Sponsoring, Sport Promotion and Special Events organization.
Most recently Zanarini, thanks to his long term association with his client Kaspersky Lab, entered with success the IT field by establishing new and challenging objectives in the UAE.
Current formula drivers managed by Zanarini include Ferrari’s Antonio Giovinazzi and Antonio Fuoco.
Andrea’s background is in luxury retail.
Gamberini can vindicate managerial expertise in new business development in emerging markets having opened mono-brand stores in 15 different countries, through multiple operational formats such as Direct Operated Stores, Joint Ventures, Franchising and Licensing partnerships.
In 2007, Andrea joined Enrico Zanarini’s group of companies as his business head of the Motor Sport division.
Sponsorship acquisitions, Contract negotiations, Marketing, Merchandising & Licensing, were the main activities within categories such as Formula One, GP2 Series, Formula BMW, SuperLeague, EuroSeries 3000, World SuperBiKe.
as well as being involved in the commercial management of motorbike champion Max Biaggi throughout the 2007 WSBK Championship season.
In 2009, Gamberini went to INDIA in order to explore new business opportunities for MSM. In particular, to identify enterprises ready to form strategic alliances with US, European companies in order to distribute their products in INDIA.
Currently, he is a minor share holder of MSM, hence an independent advisor, committed to the management of existing MSM’s clients, and always looking for new business and sponsorship acquisitions.
Francesco is a chartered accountant. He graduated in trade marketing in 2010 at the University of Bologna (Italy). Shortly after his degree he started to work in the Real Estate industry helping in his family business.
In 2011 he worked in the field of subsidized financing in Rome, but later fulfilled his life’s dream by joining MSM, a Motor Sport Agency. Principe is an expert of minor categories such as Formula 2, GP3 and others. His knowledge of the motor racing industry takes full advantage of his racing experience as an excellent karting driver.
Today Francesco oversees all Driver management duties of MSM including Ferrari drivers Antonio Fuoco and Antonio Giovinazzi.
Gianluca is an Italian entrepreneur, currently holding managerial and advisory positions in a diversified portfolio of companies, including fashion, food and beverage, furnishings, IT and the automotive industry.
He started his career working in F1 when he was only 20 years old and over the course of seven years experience in the sport, he acquired extensive technical and marketing experience at Minardi, Toro Rosso and Red Bull Racing. After moving to the UAE where he developed managerial skills in the real estate and general trade fields, Meloni consolidated his relationship with Abu Dhabi Racing, becoming a key Motor Racing advisor to the board.
Today Gianluca is the Managing Director of MSM IT SOLUTIONS, which represents an official UAE reseller of two IT market leaders such as KASPERSKY Lab (software security), and DELPHIX (database management systems).
Pedro has been working in sports marketing and digital transformation for over seven years. Graduated both in Law and Economics by University of Valencia and Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, he joined MSM in 2014 to support the agency partnerships area and became Digital Media Officer in 2017, as the agency embraced the integration of digital technology and platforms into all areas of a business.
Despite his young age, Cebrian’s career background includes implementing the digital strategy of Timberland in Panama, executing the internationalization plan of Science4you in Latam markets and advising international clients and sport organizations for all legal issues in law firm Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira.
At a digital level, Pedro maximizes the brand awareness of MSM through channel strategies, online reputation, social media, SEO/SEM, performance analytics and UX.
